3D printer arrival and build

Yes, this means that after a very long wait (18 months from order to delivery), the 3D printer ordered through crowdfunding (Kickstarter) has finally arrived.

Coming together pretty easily (despite the instruction manual!).

  1. Hi Stu,

Hope you ordered a replacement power supply – there have been a lot of failures which seem attributable to using the supplied. I ordered a MeanWell one from eBay (see the rigidbot wiki for model number). I’d prefer to be safe than have to wait for replacement parts on current form (mine will need to wait for a few weeks before I get to build it).

    Good luck!

  3. Being an Engineer just might help here….Have fun…
