To having the cot finished, yet time managed to slip away before we got there. There is little left to do now: router a groove for the headboard and tailboard inserts, domino the headboard & tailboard and glue them up. Drill bolt holes and bolt the whole unit together (it is designed to flat-pack). Finish one side as a drop-rail. Sand and oil.
Might sound like a bit, but there is so little work involved in all that.
