The original BMI Quicky tapemeasure has been upgraded (what did you think I was talking about?)
The Quicky is a self-extending tape measure that has no complicated parts, and when released will extend up to its 2m in length.
BMI Quicky
There has been an upgrade to the Quicky, which provides a simple mechanism to control (and stop) the self-extension. Where before you would use the Quicky O-ring, the trigger makes it even easier.
BMI Meter
Both measures are made from stainless steel which has been treated and shaped to provide the unique ability to unroll. It is completely waterproof, and when it unrolls, the curve of the measure places the graduations flat on the surface being measured, reducing any likelihood of parallax error. Costing under $10, it is simplicity personified, clever design and German engineering and manufacture.
